The mission of the EGSJ, in collaboration with academic partners, is to develop, using a contextualized approach, cross-curricular and operational skills of staff, training and coaching components as well as knowledge and know-how, an initiative that will allow managers to fully assume their new executive role in the context of organizational change.
The approach taken in this connection is one of coaching for managers and teams alike involving the transfer of knowledge. It entails a best practice approach, the search to find solutions and assistance for decision making, and management development support.
The mission will be achieved in the context of a vision focusing on excellence, leadership, development of management, contribution to the advancement of management knowledge, sharing of expertise with partners and the healthcare network and lastly, through the improvement of the quality of care and services at local, national and international levels.
