As you know, the Sainte-Justine UHC delivers care and services at two locations: at the Centre hospitalier Sainte-Justine and at the Centre de Réadaptation Marie Enfant.
I want to make a donation to...
The CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation
Donation “in kind”
We prefer donations of recreational material, which will be distributed to the hospital’s educators and childcare workers. Their role includes keeping the patients entertained in the playrooms. By offering such gifts, many children will benefit.
Suggestions
We ask for new items in their original packaging that will entertain children through constructive play. The following list of suggested items will make younger and older children very happy!
- Crafts material (crayons, paper, colouring books, beads, etc.)
- Modelling clay
- Books, including appropriate novels and comic books
- Jigsaw puzzles
- Building blocks, such as Mega Bloks
- Memory games
- Board games
We do not recommend
- Noisy or violent toys
- Games with small pieces that could be swallowed
We cannot accept used toys or objects:
We cannot accept used toys or objects:
The health of our patients is so fragile that we cannot expose them to used articles. We ask that you give such items to charities that will redistribute them to children and families in need.
To prevent the transmission of infectious diseases and protect the health of our patients, we can accept only new articles in their original packaging.
How to send your donation
