The Marie Enfant Rehabilitation Centre celebrates its 75th anniversary

Montreal, January 25th, 2012 - Recognized as the only centre exclusively dedicated to pediatric rehabilitation in Canada, the Rehabilitation Centre Marie Enfant (CRME) of the CHU Sainte-Justine kicked off its 75th anniversary celebration on January 24, 2012.

This event was a unique occasion for many users of the CRME to share their personal experiences and for paying tribute to the pioneers of pediatric health and rehabilitation in Quebec.

Several events celebrating the advancements and accomplishments of the CRME will be held throughout the year. These will include a number of open house activities in the fall that will showcase the contributions that the CRME has made toward improving the quality of life, community integration, and social participation of children and families who cope with a motor or speech-language impairment.
