We have a team made up of 13 doctors specializing in maternal-fetal medicine, with expertise in fetal therapy, placental pathology, viral infections, congenital heart disease, and hemostasis disorders in women. CHU Sainte-Justine has developed an international reputation as a top-tier mother-child hospital.

Fetal surgical therapy

  • Laser photocoagulation by fetoscopy

  • Cordocentesis, in utero transfusion and shunt placement

  • Fetal cardiac arrhythmia
  • Fetal dysthyroidism
  • Early fetal growth restrictions
