Reception /Main entrance

Outgoing with good people skills, dynamic, and not afraid to approach people

  • Make children, mothers, and families feel welcome upon their arrival and departure as to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide information to clients and tend to their needs.
  • Accompany families to their appointment location.


Neonatal Unit

Fond of babies, able to stay awake

  • Greet and support parents whose baby has been hospitalized in the unit.
  • Provide visitors with information about the unit's hygiene measures.

Emergency and outpatient clinic waiting rooms

Imaginative and creative

  • Entertain and occupy children and parents as they wait for their appointment in outpatient clinic waiting rooms.

Toy-lending library

Good organizational skills, orderly, and computer-savvy

  • Clean the toys in the hospital's different game rooms using disinfectants.
  • Serve clients by using the toy-lending library's computer network.

High-Risk Pregnancy (HRP)

Enjoys talking, listening, and being around mothers

  • Help break any feelings of isolation and contribute to the well-being of future mothers.
  • Enable them to enjoy good company.
  • Offer magazines, books, or simply a friendly ear.

Care Units


  • Offer recreational activities or emotional support to children while their parents are absent (0 to 18 years).

Recovery room

Courteous, understanding, collaborative

  • Ensure communication between hospitalized children and parents in the waiting room.

Good will team


  • Available to take on any task or meet any unforeseen needs.

Infection Prevention Brigade

Tactful and serious about our infection prevention and hand hygiene mission

  • With support from hospital administrators and medical teams, ensure that hand hygiene is practiced by all (visitors, employees, volunteers) by kindly reminding them to wash their hands.
