To contact a patient

You may obtain a patient’s room number by calling the CHU Sainte-Justine switchboard operator at:

  • 514 345-4931

Visiting hours

  • Every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Please keep the number of visitors to four or less, including parents, at all times.

Some units, such as intensive care, neonatology, obstetrics, bone marrow transplantation, and psychiatry, have special restrictions or rules concerning visiting hours and the number of visitors. You will be informed of these as soon as you arrive at the unit. You can also refer to your unit's Living Guide.

Visitors with signs or symptoms of infection, such as fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting or rash, will not be admitted.

For visitors 12 years of age or under, a questionnaire about their current health shall be completed on their arrival. In the event that a patient is under infectious or preventive isolation, please contact the care team before coming.
