Your rights as Québec’s health and social services system user

Users and family

As a user of Québec’s health and social services system, you are guaranteed certain rights under the Act respecting health services and social services (ARHSSS).

Specifically, you have twelve rights that apply at both Hôpital Sainte-Justine and at the CRME. The following videos will give you a brief overview of your rights as a patient or as the parent of a minor patient.
