Agents of change network

Transforming

Acting as a facilitator in an ever-changing context, the Agents of change network allows employees to collaborate, help each other and discuss changes they have experienced in their field, giving them the opportunity to act as resources for their peers and increasing their ability to change.

This program targets knowledge and skills development among staff members in various positions who wish to become agents of change in their field.

Training a multidisciplinary and transversal group whose goal is to learn the principles of change management and to take part in organizational changes is a form of innovation in and of itself.

Sharing and discussing specific projects or situations allows members of the Network to understand how certain organizational sectors operate and helps other participants resolve problems from an outsider’s perspective.

Being exposed to different realities widely promotes the staff’s awareness and understanding of the organization, its contexts and its challenges. By offering a platform for discussion and support to employees and providing them with the tools needed to manage their concerns and stresses with regard to change, the Network helps promote the agents’ commitment to change and, ultimately, to the organization.

So far, CHU Sainte-Justine has 142 agents of change who are trained and active within the organization. A new cohort is already in the process of being developed for next year.
