An integral part of the Growing Up Healthy project, over the past year, the Transition Directorate focused on organizational transformation in its support for the CHU Sainte-Justine teams, looking to their integration to the Specialized Units Building (SUB) and Research Centre.
In the 2015-2016 year, the clinical and support teams began preparing to operate in the SUB and Research Centre. Several committees and working sessions were formed in a common effort of lateral thinking with respect to better synergy in their professional practices.
The appropriation of clinical and research spaces began with sharing the plans with the clinical teams and coordinating appropriation and simulation activities for the units and laboratories.
For the past six years, the Agents of change network became rooted into the organizational culture of CHU Sainte-Justine, and it is now a solid lever for change management with regard to organizational transformation and the different stages of the move.
This is how, through The Great Crossing, the Transition Directorate can continue to act in the transformation of the mother and child University Hospital Centre.
