How you can reach us

For referring hospital centres only:

Except in very unusual circumstances, you are sure only to speak to the neonatal fellow or neonatologist on duty for immediate assistance (residents do not take calls).

The quickest way of reaching us is by calling us at

  • 514 345-4712

Be sure to mention to the clerk:

  • Your name and title
  • Your hospital centre and city
  • Whether it is regarding a transfer or consultation request

You will be immediately directed to the doctor on duty at the neonatal transport service.

If you have a complaint you wish to make, please follow the steps described below:

When formulating your complaint, please be sure to indicate the following information so that we are able to better address the matter at hand.

  • Your name and title
  • Your hospital centre and city
  • The names of the neonatal transport team members who were present (if possible)
  • Describe the issue with as many details as possible
  • Your phone number, one where we can reach you immediately
