Ombudsman - complaints and quality services

Complaints can be submitted:

  • Verbally (in person or by phone) or in writing

Medical complaints

Complaints concerning a doctor, dentist or pharmacist are forwarded to the medical examiner.

Appointed by the board of directors, the Ombudsman and the medical examiner will study your complaint and share their conclusions and associated reasons within 45 days of receiving the complaint.
