Attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity-impulsiveness is a medical condition characterized by unconventional levels of inattention (lack of concentration, distraction), hyperactivity and impulsiveness that are inconsistent with the developmental level of the child and that may arise in various environments (e.g. school, social or family environments).
